DOLLAR VARIATIONS IN COLOMBIAN 2020-2022

Abstract

The dollar today is a fundamental currency for financial movement in Colombia and throughout the world, being a vital part of the transactions that are made daily between international and even national entities. The objective of this work is to analyze the very busy activity of the value of the US dollar against the Colombian peso in recent years, emphasizing the devastating event that is currently happening, which is the Covid-19 pandemic, explaining in detail its consequences. causal. Likewise, this document deeply analyzes the reasons which have influenced the devaluation of the Colombian currency of the peso against the currency of the US dollar and makes it known that this depreciation seriously affects the citizens of the national territory without their being directly involved in its cause. For this work, relevant information was taken from theses, books, degree works and research to complete the reflection article work, in addition to using web portals such as Google Scholar, Scielo and the Google search engine.
