Abstract

The development of this article aims to analyze the impact of the metaverse in the economic, educational and social areas. The development of this computer alternative has been well received by many companies in different fields to carry out brand strategies, therefore, there are millions of dollars available for its improvements and for this reason it is eminent to talk about ethics, usability, privacy and security that the metaverse will provide to society.

Technology grows exponentially, likewise, access to these advances is much more common. This reflection article seeks to create awareness about immersion in these worlds and the risks that it brings, although it is true that to a large extent the security that we have or not will depend on the developers, it will also depend on the actions of each consumer, that is why, in parallel, habits are studied that will reduce the vulnerability of users.
