Abstract

for users. On the other hand, UX (User Experience) focuses on the experience users have when interacting with a
product or service. It is about understanding the needs and expectations of users and designing solutions that meet
those needs in an effective and enjoyable way. UI (User Interface) refers to the design of the graphical interface that
allows users to interact with a product or service. This includes elements such as buttons, menus, forms and other
visual components. The goal of the UI is to create an interface that is intuitive and easy to use.
