PSYCHOSOCIAL RISKS IN YOUNG PEOPLE ENTERING THE FORMAL LABOR MARKET IN COLOMBIA

In companies today, importance is given to the psychosocial risks that affect their workers, however, the young working population has been left aside, who, due to their characteristics at their age, may react differently than workers with disabilities. greater maturity, which is why the objective of this research is focused on description from the current literature of the psychosocial risks in young people who enter the formal labor market in Colombia. Methodology: a narrative review was designed that included research articles from Pubmed, Scielo, Redalyc, Google Scholar, Sciencedirect, Scopus, legislation from the Ministry of Labor in Colombia, the Ministry of Health in Colombia, the National Administrative Department of Statistics of Colombia- DANE, international organizations, between 2012 and 2022, indexed in the databases and DESC, MESH and free language descriptors were used. Results: psychosocial factors are predictors of harmful consequences for the health of workers, these psychosocial factors or conditions can alter the development of the worker and the work performed in young people.Conclusion: it is concluded about the importance of researching a topic that is little addressed and of interest given that young people constitute a vulnerable population, their demands help to strengthen productivity and have an impact on a peaceful society.
