Abstract

The systematization of experiences is presented as a fundamental strategy to design a training model for social and solidarity microbusinesses. The aim was to compile and structure the information in an organized manner, highlighting the lessons learned, challenges faced and successful processes of microbusinesses towards a social and solidarity approach. In this process, the purpose was established of developing a simple and effective training model, adapted to the needs of micro entrepreneurs in the Rodeo area who sought to form solidarity organizations, with the aim of promoting, strengthening and growing these initiatives. The methodology used is descriptive, without altering the variables under study, but rather identifying the relevant variables that affect microbusinesses in the Rodeo area, to propose a training model that adjusts to the real needs of local microentrepreneurs. In addition, information from various sources is included that exemplifies the application of the essential variables in the construction of the proposed model. The training model strengthens cooperatives by providing the skills, knowledge and competencies necessary for their success. It addresses specific challenges, promoting sustainable growth and socioeconomic contribution, as well as fostering solidarity, teamwork and active participation, strengthening the principles and values of this collaborative model. In conclusion, the systematization of experiences has proven to be effective in creating a training model adapted to social and solidarity microbusinesses in the Rodeo. By collecting and analyzing lessons learned and successful practices, relevant variables are identified to meet the specific needs of microentrepreneurs, strengthening their sustainable growth and socioeconomic impact on the community.
