The world is changing and with it, thought and action; In addition to this, the scientific and technological advances imposed by the contemporary and globalizing world have generated new ethical paradigms, especially in the way of conceiving ethics and to whom it applies; In this way, it is important to carry out an exploration of animal bioethics, since it is not hidden from anyone that animals, on many occasions, are used in experimentation, in practical laboratory exercises, on farms and in homes they are adopted. , but they are not offered a quality of life appropriate for their well-being. In this study, the regulations that protect, defend the care and welfare of animals in any space or habitat will be given reason, especially in those scenarios in which animals suffer from mistreatment. For this, a documentary review of concepts, regulations and laws that favor the animal is made.
