The advancement of technology is accelerated and is immersed in all areas of knowledge, within this perspective the health sector in recent years has advanced in research to provide patients with various technological tools to improve their quality of life. Robotics, the Internet of things, augmented reality, have facilitated the rehabilitation processes of patients. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the applications of artificial intelligence chatbots to improve patient care at the Divino Niño Foundation, a health center located on the eastern shore of Lake Maracaibo in the state of Zulia, Venezuela. The evaluation of artificial intelligence Chatbots tools aims to improve patient care in terms of providing information concerning health services using the capacity of Artificial Intelligence tools. This research is of an evaluative type with a qualitative approach to determine which tool is the most adapted to the requirements of patient care.
