Abstract

The whole world, at the beginning of 2020, was submerged in an unexpected health crisis as a result of the pandemic caused by the virus "COVID-19", which forced the countries of the various continents to take the necessary precautionary measures and initiate a quarantine that lasted for many months. With South America being the new focus of the pandemic, there was a need to think about the current situation, as a result of this; the following article leads us to discover that the health crisis is one, among many crises that are currently experienced: crisis from the diversity of ideologies; politics, economics and, as a result, the analysis of the transformation of social movements from three different perspectives: Marxist; centralized in the class, from an actional theoretical perspective and a postmodern perspective. It is a theoretical analysis, based on bibliographical studies.
