Abstract

Leading authors and researchers met and presented the results of their research projects, allowing the scientific community to make use of the knowledge they have generated in the different fields of scientific and cultural knowledge, areas of study such as the competitiveness of MiPymes in relation to the indicators of the Competitiveness Map of the Inter-American Development Bank showing that despite what is usually believed, these companies have strengths that allow them to advance and achieve success. In the financial sector, the importance of financial inclusion for a nation was highlighted, which is recognized as a way to promote its development and growth. However, without the development of human talent in companies or organizational entities, success could rarely be achieved, so a transforming and innovative leadership and the strategic management of this talent open the paths to achieve organizational objectives, in addition, this process can be supported by the socio-emotional riches that are generators of beneficial non-economic profits for the company, its staff and its environment.
