La intención del emprendimiento, un análisis desde la teoría del comportamiento planeado

Cada vez más, la dinámica de la globalización del conocimiento, de las comunicaciones y de la economía, ha conllevado que la cualificación del recurso humano se constituya como la mejor alternativa en los procesos para superar la pobreza y alcanzar el desarrollo de los pueblos, teniendo como protagonistas individuos innovadores, propositivos con capacidad de adaptarse a cambios impuestos por un mercado altamente competitivo. En este propósito cobra fundamental importancia el desarrollo cognitivo desde el aula de clase encaminado en despertar en el estudiante el espíritu empresarial. El objetivo de la investigación es analizar la intención de emprendimiento desde la teoría del comportamiento planeado en el programa de Administración Empresas de la universidad Francisco de Paula Santander. La investigación se realizó a 40 estudiantes de Administración de Empresas, cuyo currículo cuenta con la asignatura obligatoria de Emprendimiento. Utilizando una metodología cuantitativa, para la que se tuvo en cuenta tres momentos: antes del curso de Emprendimiento (M1), durante el curso (M2) y después del curso (M3), lo que facilitó percibir cambios en las creencias sobre la actitud, la percepción de las normas subjetivas y la percepción del control del comportamiento e intención del estudiante para convertirse en emprendedor. De acuerdo a los resultados producto de las indagaciones realizadas al curso a mitad de semestre (M2), se encontró que los estudiantes experimentan un aumento significativo en la confianza en los factores de actitudes, normas subjetivas, percepción de control con respecto al inicio del curso.
