Abstract

The modern world requires an educational system which demands arising in the training of university professionals, to ensure mastery of the skills to get a great experience in the workplace; and likewise, promote values, skills and resources to boost the graduate to work efficiently, autonomy, ethics and social commitment contexts, heterogeneous and changing, which will develop (Delors, 1996). Currently a variety of professional and technical careers have programs that constitute business practices as a graduation requirement and are part of comprehensive learning. These programs enable the transition from student to professional market more effective, because through them can learn more about the ins and outs of the profession. From the results, it is evident that the profile does not meet previously established, in many cases, the business expectations
