Business practice as support for the secretary of planning and infrastructure of the municipality of Paz de Rio.

This business internship as a degree option was carried out in the Planning and Infrastructure Secretariat of the municipality of Paz de Rio (Boyacá) with a duration of four (4) months between March and July 2023. The main function of the intern in The practice was to provide support to a large part of the activities and processes that involved the planning and infrastructure secretariat inside and outside the municipality.
During the duration of the business internship, it began with an introduction to the entire documentary and computer component of factors such as risk management, EOT updating, cartographic updating of the municipality, active processes in which the Secretariat of Planning and Infrastructure has participation and others; Subsequently, the work of the practitioner became more involved in the management and appropriation of cartographic bases and raster-type information that had recently been updated along with the new national reference systems and that were not yet being used; With this, I can provide better management of information and at the same time have greater certainty when creating licensing and use documents for the vast majority of municipal land.
It also ensured the good execution and approach of the projects that were being carried out in the municipality, where it was necessary to determine their progress and execution together with the verification of the complete documentation by those involved.
