Organizational climate diagnosis of the company Producciones Provincia T.V.

The objective of this research is to know the factors that influence the organizational climate of the TV province production company in the city of Ocaña, Norte de Santander, Colombia. The methodology applied in the present investigation is a quantitative approach and a descriptive scope. A sample of the 14 employees was made, among them a manager, a structured interview was conducted, the workers who carried out the survey equivalent to 100% of the population of the organization. Information was obtained to know their knowledge in the organizational field in team work, communication, interpersonal relationships, levels of manual communication of functions, work environment and everything related to the subject in the research. You can identify the organizational climate of this company is not 100% good anymore, they do not have an organic structure, there are plagiarisms of ideas, the manual is little known by workers, lack of equity represented in the preference given to them. Some workers, among other shortcomings. The conclusion of the investigation was an organizational climate. It is feasible to be able to improve every aspect, more and more, as well as to comply with the rules to obtain better results.
