Business plan for the production and marketing of artisanal torombolo wine “STAR FRUIT” in the city of Ocaña, Norte de Santander, 2019

In Colombia, the production of torombolo fruit is high and consistent throughout the year; however, there is no established company that processes it and capitalizes on its productive potential. The objective of this article is to create a business plan to produce and market artisanal torombolo wine in the community of Ocaña, Norte de Santander. The research methodology was descriptive with a quantitative approach. To obtain the information, a random survey was administered to 118 people in the city of Ocaña. The survey results were tabulated and interpreted using pie charts. The study yielded positive results, concluding that the business plan is viable because the Ocaña community would like to have a company producing artisanal torombolo wine in the city.
