Youth at Risk: An In-Depth Look at Suicide in Youth

Abstract

The article highlights the importance of a multidisciplinary preventive approach that involves families, schools and the community to detect signs of risk and provide support. The recommendations include the creation of emotional education programs in the educational system and health services, as well as the implementation of more effective mental health policies. Finally, the text concludes that it is vital to address this problem with resources and empathy to provide a safer future for young Colombians.
