A look at public transport in the city of Cúcuta

In this investigation the public transport services in the Cucuta city, in order to determine the positive and negative aspects of this service meet the needs of the community are analyzed; how the information was obtained according to the observations of the population was through a survey of a sample in major stations. The main findings of the study show that Cucuta is a city that does not target the population that lacks innovation in the public transport service but manages to cover the needs of the population, coverage is approximately 85% in the formal public transport and the rest is covered by informal alternatives as motorcycle taxis or private cars
