New era in Colombia: smart buildings

Abstract

Currently, there are many applications that define the "Knowledge" aspect, highlighting the great advantages that the implementation of new technologies brings to homes and daily life, especially in businesses. We will analyze the advantages gained by going beyond simply finding solutions to humanity's needs; we will also examine the significant benefits provided to the environment. The more we reduce the misuse of constantly required environmental resources, which leads to an immediate crisis already being reflected globally, a crisis of which we are not sufficiently aware, particularly in Colombia. This country has yet to fully grasp the immense environmental treasure it possesses and how poorly it is managed due to a lack of investment and environmental awareness.
