Why choose financial administration as a career path?

Abstract

The following article highlights the importance of financial administration for pursuing this career, as many people are often unfamiliar with the profile of this profession. Research was conducted using references from books and websites to identify the advantages and disadvantages of the field. Financial administration offers a wide range of job opportunities, is highly sought after by companies, and is also very well paid; therefore, it is a great profession to pursue for future development. Furthermore, the profile of a financial administrator lends credibility to their word and enables them to make crucial decisions within a company. This article, conducted in the city of Cúcuta (NDS) at the FESC University, found that a financial administrator can hold positions such as director of financial or administrative areas within an organization, enabling them to make investment decisions; administrator or director of treasury or other financial management areas; advisor or analyst in financial formulation; and other important and necessary roles within a company or organization. Similarly, this article discusses balance sheet, organization, strategic planning, and other topics related to this career.
