Because of this, the market seeks to capture people's attention by adapting to new technologies and tools that allow it to reach potential guests and promote its offerings. In this business, offering customers what they expect is crucial, making marketing an extremely useful and effective tool for understanding and analyzing people's interests. Marketing acts as an intermediary between the potential customer and the hotel's offerings, conveying the message in an engaging and stimulating way. Marketing not only gives hotels a competitive edge but also ensures they don't miss business opportunities by implementing techniques and strategies that help them achieve their ultimate goal: generating sales.
