Abstract

Problem: Today it is a curious import presenting very similar to the conditions of sea bass with less at the same cost, with a nice soft texture to the palate of people fish. It is known as asset, panga or fish from Vietnam. They have been carried out rigorous research on the origin of this fish very prominent in the world market and has become very popular in our country imports. This fish is bred in the Mekong River which is one of the most polluted rivers in Vietnam, according to Asian research as they carry high levels of industrial pollutants such as mercury, lead, bromine, among other substances. Objective: Evaluate the role of national authorities in the process of importing based in Colombia 2016. Methodology: this project presents a qualitative approach that has data collection type descriptive Conclusion: Have an impediments and inconclusive questions about the process of importing this product, which is the treatment given to the product, as no access to direct contact with the import process if not only the administrative areas of these entities of the Colombian state in this process such as DIAN, INVIMA, ICA
