The role of “edublogs” in university settings

Abstract

The term “blog” (web log English) or log web2 is a website that includes, as a personal diary of the author or authors, content of interest, updated frequently and often commented on by readers. Serves as online publication of stories with a very high frequency, which are presented in reverse chronological order, in newest what has been published is the first thing that appears on the screen. It is very common that blogs have a list of links to other blogs, to pages for further information, citing sources or to note that continues with a theme that started another blog. Taking aimed generate new learning alternatives and give readers the opportunity to answer their questions and concerns; focusing on new technologies and communications.
