Abstract

One of the great technological challenges lies in meeting the needs of those who need it, through heterogeneous techniques and systems that lead to the improvement of tasks or tasks; Therefore, this project aims to optimize teaching-learning, enhancing scientific skills and creative thinking; for which, this research of quantitative and descriptive approach was implemented, with the use of diagnostic instruments, Torrance creativity test, survey, interview, structured questionnaires and Likert scale, applied to 36 students of the ninth grade of the Guillermo León Valencia Educational Institution (COLVALENCIA) of Aguachica – Cesar Colombia. The analysis of the results was reflected under content analysis techniques. It was found that 75% of the population under study demonstrate weaknesses in the development of creative thinking and 83% in the development of scientific skills in the area of Natural Sciences. Therefore, a didactic strategy is proposed from an educational platform "ChamiloCiences", through digital educational resources. The result presented a significant experience, where 89% of the students were able to strengthen their scientific skills and creative thinking. It is recommended that the institution carry out a restructuring of the Institutional Educational Project (PEI) in favor of the inclusion of ICT-mediated learning, with the accompaniment of digital resources; motivating through B-learning to be self-taught and to form an educational autonomy and, in parallel, competitive advantages are achieved, for institutional success.
