Beyond art: a history of animation

Abstract

Although it is not known to the exact date of the birth of the animation, we must recognize that over the years, this sub-genre of cinema has in every sense encompassed a part in our long-term memories, nesting among their intangible arms complete paths of stories worth remembering, that some with more than 100 years of being released, still occupy important positions in the world of cinema, and of daily for some. This is where photography, dreams and ideas merge in a single path, with the passage of time, the film industry was becoming stronger thanks to the opening of this sub-genre, given that the skills and talents of designers, artists, and screenwriters were strikingly striking towards viewers, leaving an indelible mark on the minds of iconic characters from major super productions. This review article only seeks to exalt a small part of such an extensive fantastic story, taking into account the di- fferent techniques used during this period of time and highlighting different frames used in this art that is now an important part of our entertainment and that in some cases has touched such fragile issues that have made us see things differently
