Incrementado la competitividad en las organizaciones: Un análisis de eficiencia y productividad

Este artículo presenta las diferentes herramientas, técnicas y métodos para el mejoramiento de la eficiencia y la productividad en las organizaciones. Se realizó un análisis racional, cualitativo de tipo descriptivo, mediante la revisión exhaustiva de artículos científicos de la base de datos Scopus, en un horizonte de tiempo de año 2015 a 2020, con los que se encontraron 526 artículos, luego de revisar el resumen de cada uno de ellos y leer su contenido a profundidad se filtraron a 33 artículos, posteriormente, se hizo una selección final de 25 artículos cuyos resultados responden directamente a las preguntas de investigación formuladas, con los criterios de escogencia: 10 artículos más citados, 10 publicaciones más recientes y 5 revisiones más citadas. Los resultados obtenidos mostraron que el uso de las tecnologías de información en las operaciones y en el sistema de gestión de una empresa influyen positivamente en el incremento de la eficiencia y productividad y valor agregado frente a la competencia.
