Madurez en la gestión de proyectos. Un análisis de tendencias.

Los modelos de madurez son herramientas que guían a las organizaciones en su camino desde la estandarización de procesos y consolidación de una cultura de gestión de proyectos hasta la excelencia en la gestión de proyectos con el propósito de alcanzar una ventaja competitiva. Esta investigación tiene como fin identificar la evolución y la tendencia en las investigaciones relacionadas con la madurez en la gestión de proyectos. Se empleó una metodología validada de revisión sistemática de literatura. Los resultados demuestran que los orígenes del estudio de este campo de conocimiento se remontan a las primeras décadas del siglo XX en el campo del aseguramiento de la calidad y mejoramiento de procesos. Los modelos actuales incorporan en los modelos de madurez elementos de la sustentabilidad y la industria 4.0. También se identifican los modelos de madurez más mencionados en la literatura científica y se identifican elementos convergentes y divergentes de los mismos.
