Societal gestalt fusion of Science and Technology in a transcomplex world

Abstract
Through the trajectory of human interaction with the planetary context, it is feasible to understand that science is fundamentally an evolutionary mechanism of thought or action of subjects in constant search for answers, alternative solutions to their own questions. The objective of this article was proposed: To articulate reflexive elements regarding the use of scientific and technological mechanisms that affect different scenarios of the transcomplex societal context. In this sense, fundamentals of diverse relevant theoretical referents of Science, Technology and Society in Venezuela are presented, as a product of perceptions or studies duly analyzed, for the theoretical construction of the article that undoubtedly is very useful in discussion or collective reflection. In this regard, two thematic signifiers were combined that contrast the presented content, among these; Initially, the Transition to Consciousness and Corresponsibility in Science, Technology and Society was addressed, in the background; Science and Technology in the Field of Citizen Security. It is concluded that in the transcomplex societal context, the State has the great responsibility to finance, support or contribute to the development of research for the benefit of society, its institutions, organizations dedicated to science, technology, sustainable development.
