Bargui And The Women’s Fashion Market In Aguachica, Cesar: Case Study

The research article addresses the fashion industry, highlighting its dynamism and profitability worldwide, focusing, in order to highlight its potential to become a consolidated women’s clothing company, achieving the development of an integral business model that studies the market, its operations and its financial viability, to serve as a reference for other establishments dedicated to sewing to be seen as a large company; The methodology used for this study was quantitative cut of the descriptive order based on the method designed by Hernández, et al (2018); it was necessary to use instruments such as the survey to determine the potential of the female market demand, as well as document management for strengthening the operation of the company, highlighting the financial viability of the business. The results showed a technical, operational and financial feasibility, demonstrated in the CANVAS business model as consolidation of the business model of the company Bargui in Aguachica, Cesar.
