The study focuses on the development of a prototype using Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques that will manage remote entry to brick quarry sites in Colombia. The industry has high challenges for security and operational management, so it is necessary to have advanced technological solutions, including innovations. The research is framed within a qualitative descriptive approach, which allows obtaining a detailed understanding of the specific needs and contexts of the quarries, as well as evaluating the effectiveness and acceptance of the developed prototype. The prototype development methodology was structured in four main phases (needs identification, prototype construction, testing and validation, deployment and scaling); The target population included operational brick quarries in Colombia, spanning different geographic regions and varying in size and level of mechanization. The results obtained allow vehicle license plates to be verified more quickly and unauthorized entries are reduced, minimizing security setbacks. In conclusion, the research demonstrates that prototype technological innovation not only addresses safety and operational effectiveness but also acts as a game changer in the industry by introducing a flexible and scalable solution that can be easily adopted across different sectors.
