Abstract

Globalization guides organizations to develop strategies through internal approaches related to the implementation of management guidelines that promote change and development, with a focus on organizational results; Neurocoaching serves as a guide to achieving this through team interaction and motivation, enabling team members to perform their tasks to the best of their ability by maximizing the capabilities, skills, and abilities of executives across various fields of expertise as a competitive advantage. The purpose of neurocoaching in managerial competencies is to foster a style of growth and development in executives’ cognitive and behavioral skills and abilities, grounded in neuroscience, with the aim of gaining insights into the capacity for innovation in the workplace. The objective is to present a model based on managerial competencies that examines the relationship between these two concepts. The study is based on a literature review of various documents that provide context for the topic. The research was conducted using a mixed-methods approach and a non-experimental design, as the variables were not manipulated by the researchers. A survey was used, and the questionnaire was administered to 150 professionals; the data were tabulated and interpreted with a focus on answering the question of how to design a neurocoaching model based on managerial competencies. The results identify the key elements and components of the proposal and their importance in improving company management through human talent—that is, raising awareness among individuals by training leaders capable of growing professionally in an efficient, effective, and productive manner.
