Demographic analysis of the systems engineering graduate and its impact on business development

The research analyzed the demographic conditions of systems engineering graduates and their impact on business development in the Department of Cesar, Colombia. It used a quantitative approach and a non-experimental design. The population included graduates and teaching staff of the Popular University of Cesar. A data recording instrument and semi-structured interviews were used. The results, analyzed using descriptive statistics, showed that demographic conditions, such as age, gender, professional and occupational profile, can influence the success of graduates in their career. It was recommended to maintain updated population records in Colombia, allowing institutions and citizens to access relevant data. For universities, it was suggested to focus on the demographic conditions of systems engineering students to improve their professional training. In addition, graduates were urged to develop innovation and creativity skills to foster business development. In summary, the research examined the demographic conditions of systems engineering graduates and their influence on business development in the Department of Cesar, Colombia, and recommended actions to improve the training and success of graduates.
