The reality of Colombian agriculture in relation to the dissemination and adoption of information and communication technologies is almost non-existent, which is why currently productive processes related to crops such as coffee continue to be carried out empirically or manually; That is why in the present work we present an approach to what we have called the "Digital Coffee Farmer", where it is sought that coffee farmers in the region can make use of technology to improve the conditions of their crops, which is why we focus on wireless sensor networks (WSN) allowing the coffee farmer, through the use of this tool, to be able to monitor the most important agro-environmental variables for his crop and by applying automatic learning techniques to determine the incidence of these variables in the projection of future harvests or in the expected production.
