Social responsibility in the mining sector allows us to respond to requests and needs of local communities, the well-being and safety of collaborators to contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of these communities, and also promotes the stability and permanence of a product; On the other hand, the difficulties in the mining sector are influenced by perceptual, environmental, ecological, economic, operational, strategic and competitive factors whose management is associated with the environmental management plan and strategic risk with the probability of affecting purposes, indicators. national, departmental and municipal, strategies and objectives of organizations associated with the sector, with consequences to preserve value. It is considered that the risk arises during the formulation and inadequate implementation of the strategy, due to inconsistencies. The objective of this research is to generate a predictive model based on the comprehensive evaluation of social responsibility programs from a two-dimensional perspective. For this, social projects or programs associated with current mining companies in the sector are described based on environmental and ecological indicators. granted by the departmental planning secretariat, Corponor and the state of influence or risk is detailed through categories and indicators, to later relate, associate and determine the effect of strategic incidents on management indicators as well as their predictive capacity. From the model, the sense and magnitude of the influence of the implemented programs, mining management in relation to the environment and ecology, and social responsibility are identified. The expected final sample of 30 mining companies and 15 mining titles will allow confirming the premises and establishing appropriate predictions in the región.
