State of resources and didactic capacities of the learning environments at the Padre Arturo Zárate Educational Institution, Atalaya-Cúcuta, Colombia

The objective was to determine the state of resources and didactic capacities of the learning environments in the Educational Institution Padre Arturo Zárate, Atalaya, Cúcuta. It was a quantitative study, with field design, descriptive level. A 35-item questionnaire was used for 6 dimensions of the Theory of Resources and Capabilities (TRC) adapted to learning environments in basic education. A reliability of 0.823 Cronbach's Alpha was found. The population was 43 teachers. The correlational study shows analogies in aspects such as the teaching staff, teaching aids and classroom management, except for the conduction of teaching, the physical component and the quality of evaluation. In any case, the discussion is oriented towards the development of interdisciplinary teaching, curricular and institutional competencies, in order to take advantage of the resources and capabilities of the teaching and learning processes.
